It can also look after Word docs, PDFs, Quicktime files. For example a clients entire range of files can be stored under one collection- housing their word docs+ Quotes, PDF's, Jpgs, Tiffs and Video files. |
| Yes. Because we have extensive experience in the photographic industry we knew we had to make Got_It work for groups. If you share a studio with photogrpahers, designers or other departments then they can have their own collection of images on the one Got_It system. Each has their own unique username + password. It is possible to set up a collective stock library by contributing images to the one collection. Call it for example " STOCK PHOTOS". That collection can then be made viewable as a link on your website. Complete with the Got_It PayPal service it is now your own stock library ready to sell your images. |
| Got_It is perfect for the Corporate or Government environment. For instance once the images have been captioned and keyworded properly they can be set up into particluar collections according to company requirements. Offices interstate and overseas can then use the sytem to view and/or download images subject to their access permissions. A brilliant way to keep control of Company logos and branding. |
| Yes- as it is a web browser they see exactly what you see. The only exception is some of the buttons become unavailable according to the permissions you have set for them. The new web gallery feature means it is easier to deliver images to your client or colleagues. |

| Yes- simple adjustments like adding your company branding can be done by the user or if required we can customise the whole interface to suit your needs. |
| Yes- you can have as many as you like. For example, along with the one that is supplied you could add your own Scientific or Astronomical taxonomy or one for vehicles or fish or birds- whatever your specialty, it can be very easliy be added to the Got_It taxonomy. |
